The Beauty Makers, a marcom agency specialized in international beauty brands, has announced the launch of TBM BRAND LAB to accelerate “a new wave of innovation-led, co-created beauty brands.” The full-service brand incubator is designed to provide global reach and multinational expertise in a bespoke boutique agency experience. “We put laser-focus on beauty optimization. The world has rapidly evolved to a ‘one-size fits one’ model,” says Ambra Orini, founding partner of The Beauty Makers. “Our secret is in creating a ‘formula’ for development tailored to each individual client to match the highest quality product with the optimal manufacturing strategy for the fastest speed to market—all in one centralized, flat-structured, global operation.” TBM BRAND LAB collaborates with influencers and brands to pair innovative product with memorable brand stories. The team behind the new venture has already partnered with a wide spectrum of brands, both traditional and influencer-led, in its home market of Spain as well as throughout the global beauty industry, including France, Asia and Australia. Expertise includes color cosmetics, skin care, hair care and fragrance to offer “a complete, multidimensional, full-service beauty development destination.” The founding of TBM BRAND LAB comes five years after Orini and founding partner Nora Hamelin launched The Beauty Makers, which they call “the first 100% beauty-dedicated communications agency in Spain.” Their beauty brand strategy has attracted top-tier international brands to its client roster, including John Frieda, Korres, Goldwell, Sabon and eSalon, among several other top international & local brands. The agency has been featured in some of the most prestigious consumer & trade publications in its home market, including Vogue, BeautyProf, Ventas y Perfumería and Top Comunicación, and its founders are regularly featured thought-leaders on brand strategy & industry trends throughout the cosmetic trade community in Spain. “Above all, we are storytellers.
